Very unreliable, irresponsible, and unprofessional. Do NOT hire this company. They made commitments and then denied them, as if they never existed. Just because they don’t have records (or chose to delete them) doesn’t mean those commitments weren’t made. Ignoring responsibilities and refusing to stand by their word is completely unacceptable and a clear sign of unprofessional behavior.
Great customer service, fast, efficient and he definitely knows what he’s doing. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs any hardwood flooring done !
