This is the second time I've rode to snd from New Orleans and the bus has broken down on way back. What's the problem?
Bus broke down on the way to New Orleans we only made it to cottondale from 5points !!!! And they didn’t send another bus
This has been by far the worst experience I have every experience..We were on our way to New Orleans and the bus had engine issues. Instead of New Generation correcting out trip. We are on our back home. THIS IS POOR, BAD, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.
