Bus broke down on the way to New Orleans we only made it to cottondale from 5points !!!! And they didn’t send another bus
This has been by far the worst experience I have every experience..We were on our way to New Orleans and the bus had engine issues. Instead of New Generation correcting out trip. We are on our back home. THIS IS POOR, BAD, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.
Bus trip to New Orleans, the air went out on the way and NO NO NO air for 5 hours all the way back to Birmingham. The bus driver is very profession he stop at Walmart and tryed to fix it but was not successful. This was the worst experience on a bus I have ever had. And its HOT AUGUST WEATHER! I WILL NEVER RIDE WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. AFTER PARTYING AND DRINKING FOR TWO NIGHTS, THIS IS PURE HELL!!!
