New Garden Square apartments is a great place to reside. The on-site manager, assistant and maintenance man, are very efficient and willing to help with any questions you might have. Work requests are done in a few hours and after the work no mess is left to clean up. There are many stores to shop at and many restaurants to eat at or order food within a half hour. Only excellence comes to my mind at New Garden Square.
We have been residents of NGS for over six years. My wife and I have never regretted selling the house we built and lived in for forty years. Teri and Dalton are key employees who make living here enjoyable. Their conscientiousness, attentiveness and creativity continue to make our lives at NGS a comfortable place to live.
I moved to New Garden Square Apartments 5 months ago and couldn’t be happier. The attention to detail is impressive - constant cleaning and upkeep to the grounds, common spaces, and parking areas. The clubhouse and veranda are spa-quality; I’m learning to shoot pool! Every day I see neighbors in the coffee bar, and staff go out of their way to introduce us to each other and to stop for a friendly chat. I can confidently say that this place is the best apartment complex to move into. We moved out after living here for little over three years. I only have good things to talk about from the people at the office, maintenance, and neighbors. Teri is truly amazing and has always been super advocating and accommodating for her tenants.
