We are living in NGS for more than two years now. It’s a wonderful place to live, a great community and staff. The office and maintenance staff are amazing. There are numerous events organized by the office throughout the year. We really love this place.
TERI was my assistant in searching for my one bedroom apartment in New Garden Square. She was extremely informative and helpful throughout the process including helping me with the many questions I had about the application. Her knowledge about the excellence of this apartment put me at ease and convinced me to apply right away. My application process went very smoothly and I was admitted in a very timely way. Terri helped me through all of it and I am extremely grateful. She is an excellent advocate for New Garden Square!
Very very good neighborhood. Quite, clean and new. Maintenance is always responsive.
New Garden Square apartments is a great place to reside. The on-site manager, assistant and maintenance man, are very efficient and willing to help with any questions you might have. Work requests are done in a few hours and after the work no mess is left to clean up. There are many stores to shop at and many restaurants to eat at or order food within a half hour. Only excellence comes to my mind at New Garden Square.
We have been residents of NGS for over six years. My wife and I have never regretted selling the house we built and lived in for forty years. Teri and Dalton are key employees who make living here enjoyable. Their conscientiousness, attentiveness and creativity continue to make our lives at NGS a comfortable place to live.
