Lifetime warranty against manufacturer defect...did you contact us at the retail store via email or phone?
Cannot say enough good things about this place. Best gun shop in Vegas, hands down, best staff, best prices, great selection. The guys are very helpful and courteous with zero pressure to purchase. I've probably went in to look at guns 20 times for every time I actually purchased something and get treated the same every time. Thanks New Frontier!

New Frontier has excellent customer service and support! After I sent an email with a problem I having with my lower reciever, they responded quickly and took care of the problem.Very satisfied with this company!
New Frontier product seems good but their customer service is terrible. I had to return a 9mm BCG because it is incompatible with my rifle and they wanted to charge me a 10% restocking fee. Had to file a charge back with my credit card company for a full refund. Why on earth you would want to lose a customer over $15 is beyond me. If you have an option I would steer clear of this company.
