I stopped in the store a couple weeks ago and the store was very busy. Close to 30min wait outside alone. One of the guys named Sean behind the counter who was just dropping off something and not even working that day, stopped what he was doing to help me and make sure I was taken care of. So today I went in with a couple problems: the yellow dot on my Trijicon night sights popped off during the week at the range and I needed to get them replaced. Problem #2 was that it was on my duty weapon and I’m back to work tomorrow. My sales rep at NF worked it out for me and I walked out the door, the same day, with new sights and only charged for the install. You guys rock!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Nick was amazing! It’s a little chaotic time right now, and of course they are slammed, but the system runs smooth, and the customer service is on point- even at the end of the day! Nick was not only extremely knowledgeable, but friendly, funny, and efficient!
