New Fresh Nails

I came here today for a quick removal. I sat in the chair and she proceeded to try to pop my acrylic nails off.. I have gotten my nails removed many time and have never had anyone try to pop off a nail. I’m not a pro but i have heard that’s damaging to the nail bed. I told her I wanted them soaked off which usually takes around 20-30 minutes, it took her about 10. She allowed no real time for the acrylic to soak off. Firstly when I walked in I was greeted with an attitude and asked; do you have an appointment and me never had been there before didn’t know it would be a problem and I was made to feel like an inconvenience but she went on and started on my nails but then her appointment came in and she had the lady that does feet finish my nails and I don’t think that’s her specialty bcus my nails were hideous (lumpy and deformed, color all on my skin) Well I decided to go back again to get my toes done 2weeks later because I was in a rush... read more
