I called the other day to make an appt. The woman who answered told me it would be 1 1/2 hours. I said OK, and gave them my name and told them it would be 2 manicures and 1 pedicure for myself and my daughter. We walked into the place 10 minutes before and the woman (I don't know if she is part-owner) said she had 5 people coming in now and asked if I can come back at 5 p.m. I told her I had an appointment and she just laughed.
