If you are looking for a safe, secure place to live, this isn't it. It used to be restricted to 55+. It's now become a nightmare. There are people manufacturing and dealing drugs living here. Homeless people are sleeping in hallways and some are living illegally in apartments. There is a constant smell of marijuana in the halls. Smoking is prohibited, HUD lease rules are being violated left and right but the property management company does nothing.
