I am really lucky to have been recommended New Flow by a friend of mine. I had one company come out for a quote and wasn't convinced they were the right fit so I sought a second opinion. I can’t begin to tell you about this company. I gave them a call on New Year’s Eve. Didn’t think I would have much luck for them to pick up the phone They did pick up the phone I didn’t think that he would be able to help me because It being New Year’s Eve I explained him my situation where the pipe had burst, and there was water leaking through the pipe. Great experience with New Flow Plumbing Feb 2025. They used pipe bursting process to replace old damaged, root clogged sewer mains below 2 buildings. Communication was clear and smooth, work was finished in less time than anticipated, quality better than pipe lining since lines can still be snaked if necessary in future, and price was less than all estimates for pipe lining.

Shak did a great job fixing a clogged branch pipe in my bathroom. He came out same-day (within a couple of hours) and quoted me a fair price for great work. 5 stars!
