We have been calling New Flow for plumbing services ever since they warned us six years ago that our ancient drain pipes were on their last legs. I appreciated how upfront they were about the diagnostic fee. The plumber came out to look at my noisy garbage disposal, gave me the quote to replace it, and had the job done in under an hour. No hidden fees, no surprise charges. Just honest work at a fair price. That’s all I ever want from a service provider.

This company is a complete joke. They clearly does not know what he’s doing, and the team didn’t even have the proper silicone needed to seal the work correctly. Their workmanship and overall knowledge were extremely unprofessional. They tried to charge me $2,500 for a job that another company completed properly for only $500. To make matters worse, they send customers a review link that automatically submits a 5-star rating when clicked, which is very misleading and dishonest. I am really lucky to have been recommended New Flow by a friend of mine. I had one company come out for a quote and wasn't convinced they were the right fit so I sought a second opinion. That's when I called New Flow, explained what was happening and had a technician come by to check it out. Right away it was night and day my experience with this company vs others.
