I am really lucky to have been recommended New Flow by a friend of mine. I had one company come out for a quote and wasn't convinced they were the right fit so I sought a second opinion. That's when I called New Flow, explained what was happening and had a technician come by to check it out. Right away it was night and day my experience with this company vs others. This company is a complete joke. They clearly does not know what he’s doing, and the team didn’t even have the proper silicone needed to seal the work correctly. Their workmanship and overall knowledge were extremely unprofessional. They tried to charge me $2,500 for a job that another company completed properly for only $500.
