My 75 year old mother got a mani/pedi here for the first time. After she paid, instead of giving my mother her full change owed, she took it upon herself to take her own tip from my mother’s change then give her the rest. My mother is a sweet old lady and they took advantage of her! Shame on you! It is not up to you to decide how much your tip will be! Never going back here!
I just walked out 5 mins ago and have never felt as degraded as I did here. Sylvia did my manicure and pedicure. After my pedicure was finished, I went next door to put my laundry in the dryer as I’ve expressed to Sylvia . After returning , she begun my nails and before she applied the gel to my nails I was asked to pay for my services before the gel gets applied . I'm Sara, Hans(Owner)'s wife. I will provide some thoughts following a bad review regarding massage issue posted below. In today's digital landscape, portrait rights are highly valued by all individuals. It is deemed inappropriate to post a one-sided picture without obtaining the other party's consent, based solely on personal opinions. They are not good for pedicures. Donna has no strength. I paid extra $10 for massage but she didn't put pressure at all. Was just rubbing it. Didn't feel like massage at all. When I told the one at the front she said she can't do anything and she will be the one doing the massage. Very unpleasant experience. They asked me to pay even before I left for the day. This was my 3rd time, but I'm never coming back again. Waste of money! Hans the owner had done my Manicure once and he was amazing. But this lady is too old now to do ... read more
