This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at a salon. My husband and I decided to try this place, thinking the service would be good since it's located inside a mall in Spadina. Does not follow what you want and she doesn’t use scissors just razors all the way. Wouldn’t recommend.

Worst experience ever. I asked a bit shorter, that's all. The barber did everything within 5 mins to make it very short... My hair is not in evenly length next day...
