In our son's words these visits 're-set him'. He has recently started to see Geoff and after each visit he comes out relaxed, smiling, grateful and feeling like he can conquer the world. As a parent these visits are priceless, we are thankful for such a perfect fit.... 10/10
I saw Brian Smith for 5 sessions to help me control my alcohol consumption. It had crept into my life on a daily basis and despite knowing all the damage that it was doing to me, I continued on. I now drink moderately on a Friday and Saturday night and would recommend anyone that needs help with addictions to book a time with Brian. I now feel back in control and listen to the recordings every other day, thanks Brian for giving me my health back 😀
I saw Brian Smith, had four in person sessions and listened to all of the audio files on a daily basis. I still listen to them daily and they have really changed my thinking. I've noticed a lot of positive changes lately like wanting to work out and eat well. I just wish I had done this sooner!
The Trance solutions tracks are the best "relaxation" tracks I have ever heard. And I have heard many, through my own work as an occupational therapist and to listen to tracks for personal relaxation. Beyond just relaxation, the tracks are healing, welcoming, gentle and kind.
