I first reached out to her while she was traveling, and despite that, she took the time to connect with me and make sure I would have the right support in place postpartum. New Family Needs has been a great help during my postpartum days. Hilary had been a great person to work with and she connected me with the nicest ladies who helped me as overnight doulas. Couldn’t recommend Hilary and New Family Needs enough! We used Hilary and her services for both our children, 2 years apart. Hilary is extremely responsive and has a wide range of support to help onboard new moms. Truly there is something for everyone and every style. I was also very impressed with her doula match program - ensuring the right personality and need fit between moms and the doulas even prior to sessions starting. 10/10 experience!
