When you picture a renovation , you automatically assume the worst. However this whole experience was the complete opposite with the team at New Family Home Project Group. I had given the team a task and vision in which they were very cooperative throughout the whole process adjusting to last minute changes. Would highly recommend New Family Homes Aron and Angela were so good to deal with communicated at all times, Rocky and the team did a wonderful job with our bathroom and kept it clean and tidy.
I initially engaged Aron and his team for just a bathroom renovation, however their pricing was so reasonable that I expanded the project to include the laundry room as well. I didn’t need to look for other quotes. Aron has a strong network of hard working and skilled tradespeople, and although minor challenges naturally came up—as they do with any project—Aron was always available to offer solutions and address any issues. When the original workers/contractors had finished we found that many of the tasks were half complete or not even begun. Originally I was very disappointed, however, after I was contacted by Aron and Angela, they immediately did what they could to sort the issues I raised with them, including accompanying the worker the next day as they completed the work to ensure it was up to top satisfaction.
