I had a great experience at New Era Venue. The space was exactly what we needed and very well maintained. The building was easy to access, which made things simple for both setup and guests arriving. Parking was another big plus—there was more than enough space for everyone, which took a lot of stress out of the event. What really stood out was how flexible and accommodating the host was. If your a guest I'm sure its a fine location, if your renting be prepared to do a lot of work in a short amount of time. This is a DIY space with minimal prep space, no sink (except the bathroom) and a small apartment sized fridge. The space would benefit from a fresh coat of paint and some new carpet. There a decent amount of parking which is the only thing that gets it the 3rd star.

We loved the venue. Perfect size for our twin daughters’ party. Erica was super organized and helpful. I really enjoyed working with her.

We just recently had our teenage daughter's birthday party here. It was the best value in terms of space wise, price wise, and access wise. Plenty of parking. Clean and spacious bathrooms. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. I would recommend this party space to anybody. We will most definitely be using this space again in the future!!
