I had multiple roofing companies come out but they didn't service me as quick as New Era did. Bryan was very professional and I was able to save some money through their programs. I love that they offer different offers and you get to chose which works best for you.
I sent these guys away without completing the inspection because they wanted to come inside for a stated hour and a half to talk about “special Colorado incentives.” I have a zero tolerance policy against high pressure sales in my own home.
I’m in the process of selling my home, I reached out to New Era and they had Bryan and Felipe come out. These guys were super quick to help me get everything solved and were very honest.
Jose and Bryan were admiral to work with, I was skeptical at first, but they eased my concerns, followed me through every step of the way covering every detail with me, and Wow! Their hard work along with Bryan helping me pick the proper shade of shingle, gave us the most amazing looking roof in the entire area!
