New Era is THE BEST!!! I saw an immediate improvement after the first treatment, and the prices are affordable. I love the fact that they offer natural pest control. I have 2 kids and a dog and I feel very comfortable when they service my home. No worries about toxicity. I also really like the fact that Monty explains the entire process. What type of pest and what the game plan is to remove that pest. They even give us a complete analysis sheet of our home and issues that could be fixed to help our situation. Very Professional!
Had set-up two appointments and both were no-shows. They apparently cancelled without any communication whatsoever. Completely lack of professionalism, especially if you're in a dire bug situation. Would not recommend them for any friend or family member to use
There are not many natural pest control companies out there. It is very important to my wife and myself, as we have a 2 year old and 2 cats. We want to make sure they are safe from pesticides. New Era did a great job and we are now on their maintenance program. Thanks Don
I was so pleased with the level of service, Monty was very friendly, and informative. He came to my home as quickly as possible to help me get my pest problem under control.
