The exam was excellent. I found it odd that they would not share my PD. Since I get my own glasses this is important for me. On my first visit they shared my PD. I will be contacting them as I feel that my OD and OS readings were transposed. I called a week ago and they said they were correct. I just received my new glasses and it seems my distance focus is not clear.
Dr He and all the staff at Kenmore location were outstanding - kind, efficient, professional, flexible, and very helpful. I had had issues and had to reschedule a number of times. Very unusual for me. But it didn't affect their excellent service. Well done!
Very excellent service this has been my eye doctor’s office for years only thing now is a new doctor. She’s very good. Yes I’ll be coming here again very excellent service.
