Unfortunately, it has been more than three weeks with no response or meaningful communication. I made multiple attempts to follow up but did not receive any updates. This level of unresponsiveness is disappointing and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this organization to others.
The doctor was great! Caring and knowledgeable. When I was leaving the, I guess salesman?, told me to ignore the doctors suggestion and order contacts for over $1,000 then and there or I’ll lose out on $300, (scam tactics to rush you) then he got mad at me for saying I wasn’t going to order them today. The eye doctor literally told me to try them out and if I like them call and order them! Great practice if you like high pressure sales at an eye exam.
