Dr. O’Donnell is great .. very thorough and truly concerned about his patients. Staff is amazing ...Katie is the Best ..always going above and beyond to help. 3 generations of our family have been helped by Dr O’Donnell !
Everyone here is really great with kids. They made my little girl feel comfortable and she was excited to get her new glasses.
I bought glasses two pair over 1500 I spent and my sunglasses that were knocked off my face a scratch they will not cover them and they are under warranty I will never go back there again and would not recommend them typ anyone ( katie) who was no help and rude and I will tell the two that recommend this place not to go back. Would not give me number to lab to call and see if they could help me as New eras wanted 479.00 to replace them they are a rip off
The quality of care is outstanding! I have been a patient for too many years to count. It’s a drive from Mountain Top to Dallas but well worth it. Not only does his medical expertise impress me but his kindness impressed me just as much. Today he took the time out of his busy schedule to help me to the car. Extra points for wonderful staff, Katie & Mariah!
I've been going to New Era Eye Care for years and every experience has been perfect. I recently took my son here for his first thorough eye exam, knowing he was going to need glasses. The appointment was on a Saturday and we were going on a short vacation the following Thursday. My son expressed how he hoped his glasses would be ready for our trip.
