New roof installed in 2014. 2018 minor rework required with shingles lifting/popping up. NEC responded promptly. Early 2020 we had leak around chimney, coming inside house. NEC sent someone who evaluated from the outside but they didn't return. I followed up with NEC a couple times and no response. So I had it rectified with another builder.
They brought in a competitive price and completed the project within the estimated tine frame as promised. The workers cleaned up everything as they went and were very polite and hardworking. I would highly recommend this company.
I had a new shed built and needed the roof put on including the plywood. It was a smaller sized roof in comparison to a house and they don’t normally do such small projects and but they scheduled a day when they were in my area and had finished another job towards the end of the day. Called and left name and number for a complete re-roof estimate and never heard back from them. Was referred to them from someone my wife works with. Guess they didn't need my business.
New Era did an excellent job on our roof, insulation, siding, and gutters. I researched all information I could find on them beforehand, and I could not find anything negative. They are trustworthy from start to finish. They pulled the necessary permits and they did not try to pull any shortcuts or scams. Their work is top notch. If you are looking for a trustworthy company that isn't going to try to rip you off, this is the company. Look no further.
