I do not recommend this company for house cleaning services. Juan, who I presume to be, the owner is extremely unprofessional. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 9:00 AM. At 9:15 AM, I received a call from Juan saying he couldn’t find the home. When I asked for his exact location, I also reminded him that our appointment was for 9:00 AM. Juan replied, “ok?” and when I clarified it was 9:15, he audibly sighed and said, “Oh my God.” I found this response highly unprofessional and inappropriate. He then asked for the a... read more
I reached out and did not get a response back.
They came in and fixed our floors! We had another company come in and did a horrible job. Foot prints, stains, streaks, hair, and a dull finish. It was horrible and New Era came in and in 1/2 the time redid our floors! They shine and look amazing!
I’ve been using New Era Cleaning for several years now, and they continue to impress me with their professionalism and quality of service. Today, I had them do a deep clean for a house I’m putting back on the market, and they went above and beyond. Every corner, every surface—nothing was overlooked.
