Terrible customer service! No one to speak with and referred me back to my financial institution. The issue was w Fed Ex but New Era is who hired them however they took no accountability. New Era could’ve filed a claim however chose not to help or do the right thing. I lost $70 and have no cap! Avoid this company- buy your caps elsewhere!
