Well, the roof looks great, it was done in a timely manner, they even came back and tried to fix the leak, but now I have reached out 5 separate times via email and phone to no avail. The roof is still leaking and I have been completely ghosted. I really wanted to give them a good review but this is simply unacceptable IMO. Also, I caught the workers red handed trying to steal all the copper they pulled from the prior roof after I specifically told them to leave it. I found Eric and his crew to be very professional and quick. They did a great job on two houses I have had them install roofing on. I would use them over and over again. Eric walked the property afterwards to ensure I was happy with the work, I like that.
Right from the start my experience was exceptional. Eric provide a comprehensive and timely quote with many options. His team arrived on time and worked efficiently together and did great work- even the clean up was great! Roof looks fantastic and I had confidence they were doing great quality work! Highly recommend! They exceeded my expectations!

After these crazy winds of late, I contacted NE's Best Home Service and spoke with Ann about shingle damage on my roof. She was GREAT! Very responsive and explained things thoroughly. Eric came out the next day to assess the wind damage. Within a couple of weeks they were on my roof taking photos so I could see and understand the damage. They repaired the roof that same day, making it water tight. I will need a new roof sometime in the next couple of years and I will certainly use this local business.
