What's rude is having 4 estimate being done at the same time. Who's wasting who's time? You can get more than one estimate. Not with them bumping into one another. New England Tree does great work and are very professional!
Very satisfied with New England Tree co. Very professional.
They're as good as their word ("we'll be there Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday"). They never showed up. They never called back. Useless.
Professional service, excellent communication, fair prices. They've done a lot of work on my street and everyone would recommend them.
New England tree was contacted several times regarding service for removal of trees. My calls were finally returned and I was told that if I could not be present at the time that I could explain what needed to be done in the yard. I got a last minute call on a Saturday morning to let me know that the guy from the company was going to drop by to take a look at the trees.
