While the actual study was satisfactory and cost $199, this company has highly unethical business practice of charging customers a $250 late fee even when returning the equipment by mail within the required 72-hour window if you don't complete the very same night it arrives. I contacted New England Telemedicine because of my constant lack of sleep and excessive snoring. From the beginning to the end the customer service was fantastic. They explained the process to me so I understood how everything would work. They sent me the device to help monitor the quality of my sleep and my oxygen. The video instructions they provided were easy to follow, which simplified the setup of the device. I used New England Telemedicine to obtain a home sleep study for my dad. They were excellent. The whole process was very straightforward, fast and efficient. The instructions were easy to follow and the report was issued promptly. The secretary was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend them.

Had home based sleep study that was provided by this facility. Waited over 3 weeks for report, and report was insufficient for my primary care physician and respiratory company that provided CPAP equipment. Essentially worthless information provided. Horrible company and service.
