Called what appears to be a private line, the man seemed confused when I said I needed a taxi. Then said, "Okay--20 minutes." The company is 0.7 miles away, but alright. 30 minutes pass, I call. He says he sent the cab 10 min ago. 20 minutes later, I call again, no answer, private voicemail. Guy never showed up. Unclassy and unprofessional. Use anyone else.
