Had my first rTSA here today. Doctors and staff were kind, attentive and really efficient! Arrived for a 7AM start, and back in the car returning home at 10. Hopefully it heals fast and works well!
I had trigger finger surgery here yesterday with Dr. Brunelli, and I couldn't have been happier with the level of professionalism, warmth, and attention I received from all staff from sign in to discharge. Everything went seamlessly and the nurses, anesthesiologist and surgeon were all very attentive and communicated with me every step of the way.
Everyone that took care of me that day was amazing, great bed side manor, friendly and very helpful, sugary went very smooth. Shout out to my post and pre op nurse for making me feel at home and comforted. Special thank you for my post op nurse Emma! Highly recommend this location.
I have tried to contact this place several times and no matter what time, nobody picks up. My daughter had a surgery there last year after a bike accident and I live in Atlanta. Trying to deal with the billing issues but how can I reach anyone? I have reached MD Deangelo’s office but the bill is not from them but this center. I have worked in a hospital ctr for 30 years and never seen anything like this in my life.
Over A MONTH AFTER INSURANCE PAID AND WE OVERPAID AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT RETURNED MY MONEY! THEY OWE US $1,491 because they said we had to pay our deductible before surgery which was $3,156. By the time they ran the claim our deductible was only $1,664.00. The claim was only for $2,524 AND THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN MY MONEY BACK. I filed a report with the attorney generals office and I AM CALLING THE POLICE AND FILING A REPORT SINCE THEY THINK THEY CAN KEEP MONEY THEY’RE NOT OWED. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.
