I just received a rollator through my insurance considering I have a Ms and it's hard for me to walk one of the things that held one of the wheels in place fell off somewhere in the city didn't notice till I go home I called New England surgical and got no answers and not even a place where I can buy the thing

Company provides broken medical equipment rentals and refuses to fix it / deliver a new one.
After working with most of the medical equipment stores in the area for years. Our rehabilitation team only uses New England Surgical. Their team is professional, honest, and efficient. Equipment is always brand new.
waited some time to leave a review - needed a wrist brace, they charged insurance $486. The EXACT same (UPC matched as well) brace at walmart = $14.99. People should be outraged, just one of the reasons we're getting f***** with health care costs.
