I had a really good experience with New England Restoration. The team was friendly, professional, and always kept me updated on what was going on. They showed up when they said they would, handled everything efficiently, and made sure the work was done right. They also cleaned up really well afterward, which I appreciated. Definitely recommend them if you ever need restoration work done.

Our pipe burst in the basement sometime ago and flooded the whole thing. I got a hold of Alex and within an hours he had a quote ready for me and a date to come. He’s extremely professional did an incredible job and left the basement looking better than it ever has. This man is an absolute pro, responsive, punctual, courteous.

Had a great experience with them. Alex took care of everything, including communication with the insurance company. Alex was prompt and work was done proffesionaly & efficiently. He follows through and always does what he says he will do.
