Elias snd NE Reglaze hit a decorator home run with their reglazing job on our beloved antique claw foot tub. We own an early 19th Century home, love all of its unique decor, and are diligent in preserving its charm. We have high (verging on unrealistic!) standards for work done here, and do not give such high praise often. The scheduler was responsive, flexible and understanding about a delay on our end. Do NOT hire this company! No call and no show twice. Horrible customer service and poor communication. They never honored there warranty. The glaze/epoxy they used sucked and is one reason we need our tub reglazed in less than 4 years.
