Had a great experience having my tub and surrounding tile reglazed. I had reached out in advance of having the rest of the bathroom renovation, and they provided a quote upon seeing photos I sent. Once the work was done I was able to easily schedule the work. The technician was very professional, arrived promptly on time and cleaned up after himself. He brought me to show the work and went over the care instructions (including best practices for cleaning).
No showed my appointment in the Berkshires. Didn’t tell me until after the time they were supposed to arrive. Claiming the distance was an issue and they wouldn’t be coming. This was after they said their tech had an emergency the previous week and had reschedule to today. Wouldn’t recommend.
Elias was on time & did an outstanding job. The lady in the office was courteous and scheduled the job at our convenience. I recommend them!
Elias snd NE Reglaze hit a decorator home run with their reglazing job on our beloved antique claw foot tub. We own an early 19th Century home, love all of its unique decor, and are diligent in preserving its charm. We have high (verging on unrealistic!) standards for work done here, and do not give such high praise often. The scheduler was responsive, flexible and understanding about a delay on our end.
