Arrived on time my kitchen sink was a mess from previous tenant did not think it would ever look good again and they made it look brand new they also did my foot claw tube never looked better they very clean. I recommended to several other people and would use them again

I am a contractor and hired New England Reglazing to reglase a sink. The company sent the first worker (could not be called a technician) and didnt know what he was the sink was covered and allowed to dry after that it never hardened and never was right. The next employee sent out sanded the new coating completely off and reapplied the glaze well The 2nd job was worse than the first they refused to do anything about it DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
As a General Contractor and remodeler in Central Mass, I have used them several times and I will continue to be a repeat customer. They communicate effectively, work professionally and exceeds all of my customers expectations. What I think is the best part is that when we have had problems they deal with them fast and resolve them without a hassle. I would not recommend them at all... I had my tub reglazed approximately 6 weeks ago & around the fixtures there were drip marks which he could not fix that day as the whole tub was wet & he needed it to dry so a week later he came back, fixed the marks but unfortunately he also got paint on the new vanity. I called them & it now was going to be a 3 week wait. Last week they did not come out as they said the tech was out sick. You say you guarantee you work for 5 years?? You refinished my tub in June. I didn't use it for 5 days just to be safe. With in 3 weeks it stated to crack and peel. Now it peeled all other the tub. I tried to patch it myself recently because I've called and emailed your company with no response. Horrible!!!
Just got my tub and tile done today and it came out awesome. All of my bathroom had been updated except tub and tile surround. Went from blue to white. Made my bathroom look 100% better. Regret not doing this years ago!
