Huge fines for late status changes like hundreds of dollars. They don't treat realtors nicely. Not sure whose profiting off the unreasonable fees.
Trying to be as truthful as possible, in the past my experiences with PrimeMLS support have been hit or miss. Today I was assisted by Brittany, and she went wayyyy above and beyond the actual call of her duties and first sent me a detailed step by step set of instructions in order to show me how to log on and set my quarterly payments as autopay.
