Absolutely amazing! Christine is hands-down the best customer relations person I’ve ever encountered. She helped with all my needs and made every appointment, cancellation, and question feel effortless and easy to understand. The doctors and nurses are also incredibly skilled and I always felt heard, supported, and well cared for. 100/10 recommend. It truly doesn’t get better than this! :)
3-years edit: no further significant improvements of EPS and remaining symptoms such as tinnitus and fatigue. If I stop updating this, or my comment(and maybe account) disappears, everyone is welcomed to guess whether the doctors in this place played a part or not. 2-years edit: Still get akathisia attacks and constant EPS. No further improvements. They should have a taste of the meds they prescribe before gaslighting their patients into taking them. 1 year edit: Still having akathisia and constant EPS symptoms. Doctor Gomes has a very pleasant demeanor and makes me feel at ease discussing my needs. My ambitions have benefitted in a much needed way.
Dr. Gomes is incredibly approachable and professional, she thinks outside of the box and follows up on anything that is potentially outstanding. Communication is top notch!
