I’ll preface this by saying I am not a patient. However, I bring individuals here for services. These people do not answer the phone. They don’t call back when you leave a voicemail. People need their medication refills, and this office does not seem to make a priority out of making sure their patients are regularly medicated. I have also experienced a complete dismissal of a clients concerns regarding a medication. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. Dr. Smith has a gift of understanding his patients both genuinely and caringly! He tends to practice on the cautious side, which in my opinion is much more effective than the alternative. His water front view of Plymouth Bay isn’t too shabby either! Ha! I would recommend this Doctor to anyone who has given up and lost hope-he will recharge your spirit and make you whole again! 😊
Dr. Smith is unique, and it would seem as if he is one of the last few physicians who truly value the people he sees as individuals, and not just a paycheck. Here is a doctor that actually listens to his patient and lets the patient be included in treatment in a thoughtful, warm, and caring way. He has all of that, and more.
