RecommendedGreat customer service! Greg was able to get parts in for my Tundra Icon stage 10 suspension build in record time considering they we back ordered for 6-8weeks. They definitely went above and beyond despite challenges of missing parts from the manufacturer. They did a great job installing the suspension and my truck looks phenomenal. You guys did an incredible job on the install of my lift for my Toyota FJ Cruiser. Not to mention all the other repairs that came along with it! Excellent customer service, excellent job on the lift, tires, rims, and the added repairs that showed up. Definitely recommend you guys to others. I've had several compliments on the FJ already and I've only had it back a couple days. Well done! I'll be back for more updates in the near future.
We recently purchased a Wrangler and decided to take the doors off for the first time while vacationing in Maine. We were reminded that we need side mirrors!! We did a google search and found this place close by so took a ride to see if they had mirrors. Showed up, got mirrors, paid and the gentleman even came outside to install them. Amazing customer service and extremely friendly staff. Highly recommend!!
First time there! The owner was very accommodating and made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. Ordered parts and left very happy. New England Off Road comes HIGHLY recommended!
Bad customer service, defective parts, poor communication. I have been trying to return two defective trailer hitches for several weeks but I can’t get these guys to respond to a call or email. Never do business with them, never! They are thieves!
Great place to get parts for your vehicle � just had rims and tires put on my jeep �. Had step bar put on a while back. Very pleased with out come. Will be returning.
Dropped my f250 for a Line-X liner, had it back a little over 3 hours later and it looks amazing. Service was faster than I expected and reasonably priced would definitely do business with again
This place is rad ! They helped make my Jeep sick!
