Had a great experience with customer service today. I called NEMB expecting to battle it out over a $900 hospital bill I received in the mail. However, the agent, Debbie, quickly ruined those plans by resolving the issue with my account almost immediately. Before closing the call Debbie offered some words of strength and encouragement. Words which rang true to the situation we are all experiencing within our communities. Thank you Debbie for being both kind and patient and for the reassurances!
