If I could give them negative stars I would. This place is a glorified slum now. Management are the most unprofessional and lazy people I have ever met. They refuse to fix anything. The A/C is constantly breaking and never replaced. Ceilings leak, ruining furniture and have even had peoples ceilings collapse. The manager will terminate the lease at the drop of a hat. He called me, got upset during our discussion, told me he is not renewing my lease. I did nothing wrong. I spoke up. I am 73 yrs. old, and now looking for a new place to live during covid-19. Maintenance is nice, but understaffed. Place is getting run down. Leaks ceilings, repeatedly . Needs new roof. ,etc.
Do not rent from these people. They represent the lowest denominator of landlord. The audacity of them trying to charge interest on rent in the time of a global crisis is beyond the pale. At best, we should be thankful that they have exposed themselves.

Great place to live the staff was great any time I needed something done management would have maintenance over to my place asap couldn't ask for a better place to live
