Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Worked on my Nissan, but were unable to fix the problem. Didn't charge me. Sent me to the dealer, they had the car for a day & a half, replaced a part that didn't fix the problem & wanted to charge me $1150.00. On NEI advice, had the Nissan dealership remove the new part & replace the old, since the change didn't fix the problem, & the dealership still charged me over $600. Back to NEI where I always feel that I'm in good & trustworthy hands.
Ive taking my 2015 subaru for maintenance, brakes, tire change. Pleased with the service and respect from Bill. Very responsive and quick to make things right. Highly recommend
