Frankly it’s just poor follow up. I had them inspect/fix gas fireplace in August. It didn’t work so I called tech back and he cheerfully came back to try and fix. Thought it might be a sensor problem but might not be able to get part due to this fireplace no longer made. Said he’d get back to me. Never heard from him again and when I tried to call him he doesn’t answer. So I called shop and manager said he’d have him call me. Still no call!
