Professional and courteous doctors, nurses and staff provided outstanding service.
I need bypass surgery and everything was explained in detail while making me feel comfortable. Very efficient with phone calls and pre surgery appointments. Dr Westbrook and Joanie RN and staff are fabulous!!
The staff is always responsive from the person answering the phone to the surgeon; care and treatment exceeded my expectations; both good and bad news delivered with compassion; time spent with me was never skimped even during hospital rounds; all my questions were answered no matter how 'silly'; the nursing assistants, pa's, nurse practitioners, nurses, and surgeons are fantastic, caring and each and every one of them has a great sense of humor.
