Anita is the best, look forward to my visits to New England hearing care!
This is the best hearing center - super responsive, professional and truly want you to get the most out of and be extremely happy with your hearing aid investment! I’ll be upgrading my 4 year old hearing aids to the new Envision 9’s. I hate to spend the money but the clarity, especially in noise was so dramatically better compared to by current ones. Catching everything the first time & not saying “What?” “What?” is worth it.
Anita, the audiologist, was very thorough and very personable. Seeing inside my ear with the camera was interesting and fortunately revealing no problems. Anita clearly explained the results of the hearing test and the demo of the hearing aids was very useful.
The girls at this office I just very friendly, nice and understanding they helped me with my anxiety about wearing hearing aids and what the health benefits could be. They made me laugh And they really made me feel comfortable
I had a wonderful experience. All my questions were answered and she is very knowledgeable and helpful.
