My unfortunate appointment with Dr. Dietz occurred at the hour of the eclipse. He clearly was very anxious to get onto that. He did not examine my hand. We had very little discussion about what I could do and he then filed a report about my left hand when in fact, the problem was my right hand . He said that I was improving, which, in fact, I clearly wasn’t . I would rate this as the worst medical appointment I have ever had, but I am sure I will get a large bill for it which I feel absolutely should not be paid by my insura... read more
Terrible. When I made the appt, I told them what I was coming for. Yet, during my ~10 minute consultation with the doctor, I learned nothing about my problem and was advised by Dr. Dietz to read the internet for management of the problem. If they had nothing to offer me, they shouldn't have made the appointment. Just got a bill for $400. Very expensive mistake.
New England Hand Associates has helped me 3 times and I highly recommend them for fractures, carpal tunnel and any other hand issue. They listen and they have compassion and I would not go anywhere else! You will not be disappointed.
