I bought my first home in Massachusetts in May of 2023 and have been using New England Gas Systems after a friend recommended them. I have had nothing but a fantastic experience with them. They have come to service my (very very old) furnace twice now in prep for winter and have made everything so easy from scheduling to calling before they arrive and the actual service. The guys at NE Gas Systems have been nothing but extremely kind and helpful every time they come to our shop with any little need we might have!
We recently contracted NE Gas Systems for a large project to remove our oil tank, replace our oil boiler with a high-efficiency propane boiler, and replace and relocate our water tank. I got three bids for the project. NE Gas’s bid was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive. Ultimately I selected them because I got the feeling I would have the best experience with them, and I was not disappointed. Top notch job all around, and excellent to deal with. Highly recommend.
