We were chosen to receive services after only waiting for a month or so. Everyone raved about NEFI, we were so excited to get a call for an appointment. Our clinician Meredith saw me and my two children one time. The entire appointment my 3 year old son was trying to spill sand, get into things, and roam the halls. He screamed loudly toward the end and our clinician dragged him out of the building by the hand before I could even gather my things. This place was a godsend for me. I was able to afford to talk to someone for a reduced rate to try to help with some tough family and personal issues. Otherwise i may not have been able to afford help with no insurance... This is a huge service for the community and beyond. The intern was very qualified and has since become licenced and graduated and will continue work there as a benefit to the business, the people, and the profession. Bravo NEFI! TN
