I was in VT for a gaming convention, and was looking for something to do on the return home to MA. I thought this would be an interesting experience, and what an experience it turned out to be! I fell in love with falconry here. The Harris Hawk I was able to handle immediately felt like a family member after landing on my gauntlet.
Best gift ever. If you think you want to go you should go. Worth it worth it worth it!
What a fun, unique once in a lifetime experience for bird nerds and causal bird lovers alike! Our falconer Anastasia was super knowledgeable and ensured we understand all of the safety practices before we began the session. While the participant cost is somewhat expensive, it's well worth it!
We just wanted to sincerely thank Jessica for her kindness and understanding at the New England Falconry. We had accidentally read the wrong time for our visit, and she was so generous in helping us with a refund What could have been a disappointing situation into a positive experience. We truly appreciate your help and are looking forward to visiting again soon (this time at the right time!).
