I had an absolutely atrocious experience with Dr. Liu. I was in severe pain for weeks post procedure which he informed me was normal and takes time to heal. To make a long story short, I ended up with a botched root canal from him who I (stupidly and unknowingly at the time) allowed him to do a retreat on initially. When that still did not fix the discomfort and pain, he told me his work was perfect and that the only other thing he could offer me was to treat the tooth with a different fill other than gutta percha because ma... read more
I don’t recommend surgery on an existing root canal. Dr Liu and the staff all ensured me there would be no issues and that isn’t the case. They all said they never had anyone complain post procedure. Someone in the reviews said there was no pain for the same procedure and they went straight to work after. I do not believe it one bit. The doctor said there will be swelling and discomfort/pain and there was, for 5 days. I could barely eat and had to put ice packs on my jaw. Experienced and effective treatment.
I came in for a root canal with around a weeks notice. Staff was very friendly and kind. The doctor that performed the root canal was efficient and it was done fairly quickly. I haven’t had any issues since. Would definitely recommend this office.
