Had an apicoectomy procedure done by Hongsheng Liu, and all I have to say is the procedure was worse than as it was described. The team involved was attentive and very helpful. 24 hours later, and the pain is minimal. Watching the surgery on the big TV was okay if you don't mind seeing the process.
I have to start this review disclosing that I am extremely claustrophobic and was dreading the root canal, especially the placement of the dental damn. Dr. Liu took the extra time to explain all the details of the procedure. He and Jackie were kind, comforting and I cannot thank them enough the stress free experience they provided me. I highly recommend Dr. Liu and his staff!

I had an absolutely atrocious experience with Dr. Liu. I was in severe pain for weeks post procedure which he informed me was normal and takes time to heal. To make a long story short, I ended up with a botched root canal from him who I (stupidly and unknowingly at the time) allowed him to do a retreat on initially.
