Not a great experience. Wasted a couple trips visiting the shop with the owner saying he was going to be there and never showed up or was late and I didn't bother wasting my time to see if he would show. Finally got in by chance having a few thousand in cash to buy silver. I had the cash in hand but wasn't taking me seriously, asking several questions like I was on a job interview having prove myself. I knew what I wanted to buy but it's like he didn't want to sell it to me. Waste of time plenty of other dealers in the area.

I'd like to put zero stars but it won't let me. 4th weekend ive wasted an hour to go there and they're closed on the only full day they're actually supposed to be open. There will not be a 5th. Side note they had people in there once and they just looked at me like "why are you here?"

After several weeks of eyeing this place, I was finally able to stop by and checkout New England Diamond and Jewelry. My schedule hasn't allowed me to visit as they are only open a few hours on Friday and Saturday. I made the 20 minute drive over on 01/17/26 and arrived at 2:58pm (advertised hours were 9:00am-4:00pm). I had a few thousand dollars (start of new year/after holidays) to invest in a gold chain or silver Bullion depending on inventory.
