Wrong department should be Baystate Primary Office
grumpy staff but good doctor (I hope!) I've been there once, in March 2016. I walked up to a reception window and the person there growled at me, without even looking at me, because I'd walked past the "Wait here" sign. (I was the only patient present.) So like a reprimanded puppy I went back to the sign. I was called to a different window, but she didn't greet me either. No hello, no welcome, no smile. All about paperwork. NOT recommended Went for an appt, for rash. Dr was sooooooo guessing. Guessed wrong! Not helpful at all. Go somewhere else.
