I used to really like this practice, but my experience in 2023 changed that completely. I went in for a cracked tooth and specifically made an appointment to see the dentist. When I arrived, they insisted I had to have a cleaning first, even though I did not come in for a cleaning. They also took X-rays, which I assumed were for the cracked tooth, but nothing was clearly explained. Throughout the appointment I was told I would see the dentist afterward. I have been getting my teeth cleaned with water flossers for decades. There is always a varying degree of discomfort that accompanies this cleaning technique for me. Allie (not sure if this is the correct spelling) cleaned my teeth for the first time today, and there was absolutely zero discomfort. As with everyone at NED, she was attentive and professional. Great experience!

Old doctor Calvin was good, new doctor was mediocre and then 2nd visit I think was someone else, I don’t think they’re even listed on the website so I have no clue who I saw recently
