New England custom floors, specifically Ismael and his crew, were a pleasure to work with! Their set up was amazing, with minimal (to no) dust throughout the house. We were away while the work was being done but kept informed every step of the way with pictures and frequent status updates. The end result was beautiful! The crew members at New England Custom Flooring did an excellent job sanding and sealing our wooden floors. The area was prepped very well so no dust escaped to the rest of the house. They needed to replace a few damaged strips and the new strips blend in seamlessly. the entire job was done in a timely fashion and the end result was great. I thank Jorge and his crew for a job well done. No hesitation in recommending them
